9 Chicken Tenders (3 per person)
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 lemon cut in half, slice one half, squeeze juice out of other half
¼ yellow onion chopped
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9×9 glass baking dish with olive oil. Squeeze the juice of the ½ lemon in the dish. Place the chicken on top of the lemon, add the garlic, sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle the onions and place the lemon slices on top of the chicken. Bake in the oven 30 minutes or until done.
