Pancakes

½ cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop of meal replacement mix
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 packet Truvia
Approved fruit of choice

Blend all ingredients, except fruit, together. Pour on hot non-stick skillet to size. Cook until brown (may or may not bubble) and flip over to cook other side. Serve with fruit. This makes about 6 – 4″ pancakes.
