Chicken Tacos

3.5 ounces chicken breast
1/4 c. chicken broth or water
1 Tbsp onion chopped
1 clove crush garlic
1/8 tsp. oregano
pinch cumin
cayenne pepper to taste
chopped cilantro
lettuce leaves

In frying pan cook chicken in broth, add onion, garlic, spices. Deglaze pan with lemon juice. Serve taco style using lettuce leaves and or top with salsa.
