Chia Crackers*

1/2 cup white chia seeds
1 cup water
dash of sea salt

Soak chia seeds in water for 45-50 minutes. Spread the gel on parchment paper. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Turn over. Bake another hour. (I sprinkled chili powder on part and shallot seasoning on part.)

They taste a bit like RyeCrisps, only different 🙂
